This conference paper presents HopeSpot, a design-led research framework exploring the role of integrated design in strengthening urban resilience and disaster risk reduction. Published as part of the Jewish Almanach 2021, the annual German-language almanach of the Leo Baeck Institute, the book explores historical, cultural, and philosophical attitudes toward nature within Jewish life in the diaspora and in Israel.
